All tooling is designed and produced in plants accredited to TS 16949 with full engineering, testing and CAD capability.
Codan also produce shaped hoses for original equipment manufacturers of construction equipment, agricultural vehicles and engine / power generators. These hose types can be very large, and are often required to be resistant to hot and demanding working environments.

The final hose can be vulcanised in lengths of up to 50 metres or vulcanised as shaped hoses with a specific Autommotive or Industrial application.
